iOS 9.3.6 is the latest iOS version for iPhone 4S.

Most apps require iOS 13 or later.

You may want to consider moving to a newer iPhone.

I use my iPhone 4S as an alarm clock.

iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s are obsolete those can’t run any apps because of the old iOS 7 doesn’t support it
