facetime glitch

me and my boyfriend are long distance and facetimes really important to us, we facetime every night, but sometimes, almost everyday one of us will be calling the other and it won’t come through to us, it looks to the one calling asif it’s going through but there’s nothing on the other side. we have to hope the signal doesn’t go otherwise it takes up about 15 mins to get it back
