Hello, my iPhone 6s has had really bad battery life for the past 4 months and the battery health is only at 91%

It's still the factory battery with 91% battery health, It has just been getting worse for the past 4 months.

Apple hasn't sold the 6S in at least 3.5 years. Your battery is likely not reporting the correct health, especially if it is original.
