I saw I was charged from this transaction twice, I followed the support, followed it, and even checked my emails for any apple receipts for this but none. So I was wonderin if anyone else found out what's goin on.

I have same problem regarding double billing...what's going on??
I need to view a receipt for what I am being charged every month.
charged twice today for 1 app "Whats This" at a much much lower rate which is not reflected however these 2 charges showed up. 75$ and 35$
How do I resolve?

I’ve checked if it was some sort of subscription before in my settings, so far I’m not subscribed to anything, unless I can request a refund for this?
Unfortunately, this is something I tried refunding in the past but apple doesn't have the option for that, since it doesn't appear as an apple receipt and only in my bank's transactions.
If the charges are only in your bank account and you do not have a record of them in your purchase history then your credit/debit card was hacked. You need to resolve that with your bank.

While Apple's headquarters are in Cupertino, CA an Apple bill does not and has never looked like that. Looks like a scam to me.

It only shows on my bank statements. It doesn’t show on my Apple account.
That looks like an iCloud subscription.
Check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> if you see 50 GB (or 200 GB or 2 TB) then you have an iCloud subscription.
If you have an iCloud subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your email box.
I have this same issue with multiple charges a day! I was told it’s my bill being taken out in payments but I don’t get that!! Why would they do that and why is it so OFTEN! Somethings not right here!
