Front Facing Camera

I recently purchased a new IPhone 13 Pro Max and the front facing camera does not work it just goes to a black screen, I have tried re-starting the phone and closing and re-opening the app, to no avail. Any help or suggestions?

iPhone 7s plus front camera not working I have a refurbished iPhone 7s plus and when I try to open. My front facing camera it gives me a black screen. Now I know the camera works because I could occasionally get it to open in other apps like messenger and Facebook, but now that no longer works. It’s like the camera isnt broken but maybe needs an update?? How do I fix it??!

Black Front Facing Problem My front facing camera isn’t working, it shows a black screen while my back camera works completely fine. I’ve tried cleaning the front to resetting my phone nothing is working. Could it be a software issue ?
