Apple Music Account

Hello,

I'm having trouble logging into my account settings for apple music on my iMac. I tried it on my windows laptop using iTunes and have been unsuccessful. There is no error message. I try to log in and the same window pops up asking me to sign in. Been on the phone with Apple for 2 days and can't get it straightened out.

iMac 24″, macOS 12.2

Reboot your router, disable any VPN, check for malware.
