Unpair, then Pair:

You would unpair these from this device, and then pair them to the other device. For ease of synchronization, disable Bluetooth on the device these were associated with, and while you pair it with the new one.

AirPods work on other Apple devices that belong to you (and therefore use your Apple ID) without doing anything.
