Apple watch not able to update

I’ve been trying to update my Apple Watch Series 4 for a while and per usual it will only update if it atleast 50% charged, w/in Wi-fi range and it said that it would automatically update when it is 50% and above. And surely enough it doesn’t. And when I manually do it, it keeps telling me that my Apple Watch needs to be atleast 50% charged when it’s fully charged!

Try to update from the watch itself.

Place the watch on the charger.

Make sure that your watch is connected to wifi.

On your watch, open the Settings app.

Tap General > Software Update.

Tap Install if a software update is available, then follow the onscreen instructions.
