I’m not receiving some of my calls. How do I receive all calls for people that dial my number? It’s not on airplane mode

Is there a Focus or Do Not Disturb setting active blocking only some categories of calls, those not in a friends or family contact list for example? This would prevent your iPhone from ringing for those calls.
