Why can’t I print from my phone or iPad anymore?

Print is not in Settings. If you are in an email, for example, you tap on the curved arrow at the bottom of the page. Then scroll down and you should see Print as an option. When you tap on that you should see the printer listed.

Just saw your new posts, you cannot print a video, that is why you cannot see Print. You have selected a video.

Have you tried basic steps:

• Restart your router
• Restart your printer
• Restart your iPhone and iPad

Do you have a new router? New printer? Updated router firmware? Updated printer firmware?Changed router settings? Changed printer settings?

As it is 2 devices, more likely the problem is in your router or printer.

What has changed with your network since you were last able to print? New phone, new iPad, new printer, anything?

When you try to print from the iOS device and it asks you to select a printer, does it show your AirPrint capable printer to select?

My iPhone and iPad both work with my Printer. If I select something that I can print, Print will show in the list. However, if I select a video like you have here, then Print will not appear.

No idea. What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
