My iphone crashed so I bought a new one. I cant sign into my AppleId there. It just says There was an error connecting to the Apple ID server.
I know i have the right password as I can sign into my account a appleid.com
Can you help?
My new iPhone is not under my devices as I cant open my AppleId on the phone.

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
Reset Device. *
If necessary
Hard reset. -
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup. *
Thank you for the answers. I think the issues is that I was living in Iceland when I created my Apple ID and connected to my MacBook Air and my now dead iPhone11. I'm now studying in Missouri and bought my new iPhone there. And now it's useless because I cant set it up and I don't have access to my social media and other apps that I need.
What can I do? Please!
You are welcome. What happens when you try to set the new phone up? Error message(s)? For the apps, are they unavailable because you switched regions in the App Store/iTunes?
