I’ve been getting charged $5.39 the past few months. I have no clue what it is for. Nothing in my recent purchases and no email to my iCloud. What is it for??

I finally found the receipt on my VISA bill - it was for for Apple TV+ ($4.99 + sales tax). Oddly, it does not appear in my Apple account.
