Dont have hd to choose to install os

Hi recently erased my mac i and trying to reinstall os but the option does not have a disk to install the os

Hi,

If your MacBook Pro has intel processor, resetting NVRAM could solve the issue.

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
