Question

Apple Music not importing my CDs

I’m having real problems with importing CDs into my library. I tried upgrading from Mohave to Catalina to resolve the problem- it didn’t work. All suggestions most welcome.

Is the problem with one CD or all CDs?

Does it only affect iTunes or all ripping programs on the PC?
