Error code 068F.0000 while restoring

My iPhone while I was using automatically shut down when I tried to open it, it showed the restore screen (photo attached below) when I connected it with my Mac it showed this message "The iPhone “iPhone” could not be updated. An unknown error occurred (9). 068F.0000" What should I do?
