Slow apps
I got a new iPad. After all data transferred, the apps are taking forever. What am I doing wrong?

Can I suggest that you update to the latest iPadOS 15.3.1 (if you have not done this already) as updates can help resolve some problems. The following link can help you:

After the update sometimes a 'Force Restart' can help resolve issues with updates and other issues as per the following link:

As for the apps, they can take a little while to download depending on how many there are but you can contact Apple Support Communities if the issue persists as follows:
- Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
- Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above but also again as follows Apple – Location Selector; or
- Using the "Apple Support" app, available and downloadable from App Store.
