Three Things:

A. New iCloud Session:

In System Preferences, log into to the Apple ID that these pertain to, and then download them from the App Store. Tap your name on the top. Log out, if already logged in. Then, log back in. Perhaps it all needs to resync?

B. Removed form App Store:

Note that sometimes, purchased items are removed from the App Store, and never become accessible again. It all has to do with licensing between Apple and the Developer --something you would have agreed to upon purchasing the app.

C. Contact the Developer:

If you cannot download them, then contact the Developer, requesting for the correct installer. You'll find their Contact Us info on the app's site of the App Store.
