My iPhone12 was smashed by a car, knowing that its warranty has not expired. What can Apple do?

Hello,

If you have AppleCare+, if you would just have to pay a fee to get your phone replaced:

AppleCare+ for iPhone

Otherwise, you would have to pay for an out-of-warranty replacement.

Good luck.

Have you contacted Apple directly yet? If you purchased the AppleCare+ plan, some of the cost of replacement should be reduced as this may be considered one of two "accidental incidents" that it covers. Otherwise, if you did not elect to get this additional coverage, the limited Apple warranty does not cover these types of events.
