Refunds for Apple music

Yesterday I accidentally bought a subscription to Apple Music, but I don't need it and I applied for a refund for a random purchase, today I received a reply that the funds for a random purchase were refunded, but nothing was added to my balance. What shall I do? Request status: refunded, but nothing was credited to the balance
