Voicemail

My voice mail greeting will automatically and randomly switch from the custom one I created back to the default greeting. I have an iPhone 13 pro max, but even with my iPhone X I had the problem. This absolutely causes problems as my iPhone is my business phone. Can anyone advise?

Voicemail When I go to create my custom greeting on voicemail the save button is grey and will not allow me to. What do I need to do ? I have reset the network settings and did not help.

Unable to change voicemail greeting Hi I’m trying to change the voicemail greeting on my iPhone XR I’ve followed all the instructions but when I select voicemail no other options are shown. Just the icon. I’ve tried through settings but the option is not there. can anyone help? thank you Jane.

That's strange, because if you saved your voicemail greeting, it shouldn't happen.
