Word for Mac not working since updating to Monterey

I have Microsoft Office 365 Personal. Since updating to Monterey, Word will not open. Message 'Microsoft Word.app quit unexpectedly.' Report gobbledegook and sent to Apple, no response.

Excel and PP work fine.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15
