the installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damaged
I can't open a file because the mac says that it may damage my Mac...
I still want to open it,
Any ideas what to do?

The error is not saying the installer will damage your Mac. The error is saying that the installer file may be broken (aka damaged) and you should download a new copy of the installer file to try again. If you get the same error again, then you should contact the developer for assistance.
