Why is my iPhone lock screen black?
In iOS 15.3, my Lock Screen won’t take a wallpaper photo. It has time & date but is otherwise black. Sleep schedule is Off.

Good point. Oddly enough, when "Do Not Disturb" kicked in at 11pm, the Lock screen reset itself (showed the pic). And today (admittedly after the usual overnight restart) its still normal. So go figure.
