have you read the "related article" that's on this page, above your question?
here it is again> If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
if those steps don't help you, please come back and provide us with some additional information. such as, what happens when you try to connect to the app store? are you getting any error messages? and anything else that might help us determine the cause of your issue.

I did all those steps, but when I go to App Store to update one of my games, it just says you need to enter your Apple ID password for iTunes. I do that, WITH THE CORRECT PASSWORD, but it still doesn’t work for some reason…
have you enabled 2 factor authentication on your mac? if yes, i'm not sure if it carries over to your situation, but you may want to try and enter your mac's admin password when prompted.
The device I am using is a iPad Air (4th Generation). I don’t have a Mac.
