I bought an ipad 6 and started using it with my i cloud and today i formatted it to empty it and when i entered my i cloud it doesn’t work and says icloud lock and wants me to enter an icloud that belongs to the original owner who sold the ipad to me i guess.. but i dont have contact with the man what should i do!!!!
Unfortunately, you will not be able to use this iPad, unless the original owner removes their Apple ID from it. If you can't contact them, then you will need to find out how you can get a refund from where you bought it from.
