Apple communities removed my post about a failed delivery and investigation yet there is a whole thread about this very issue — hundreds of people having had the same problem. And there is no way of contacting apple communities about this...

As end users, none of us here knows why Apple redacts our posts unless we get an email from the mods telling us why.

Asking anonymous online strangers for advice is seldom productive or helpful; it is best to do your own diligence and research and dealing with the company directly rather than other users is the best approach.
This is a user to user forum and Apple can't be reached by posting here.
The moderators can remove a post, if it does not comply with the Apple Support Communities Terms of Use, for example.
