Smart Playlists not matching Itunes playlists

Using Apple Music on Android phone; itunes on Windows 10 PC. Smart playlists seem to sync fine HOWEVER ... there are 3 or 4 songs that are included in itunes playlists, but missing in Apple Music Icloud library playlists.

The same songs ARE visible from my phone in Apple Music under the album, but not in the smart playlists.

What is very strange ... it seems to be fine for all except this one artist (at least that's all I can find right now.)

Any clues?

No, it's not syncing - syncing worked great except for this one artist and only when in smart playlists

I did solve the problem though. Deleted the artist/album from my itunes library on the laptop and then reloaded it back into itunes and voila, all was good and all worked fine.
