how to transfer contents from FILE app iphone 12 to PC win 11 using itune.I tried checking file sharing but the FILE App not liste in the share apps.

The situation I have is trying to use iTune to move some the saved contents from FILES app to my PC win 11 using a cable to connect iphine to PC. When I click on file sharing the FILE app is not listed as one of the Apps I can access from the list. It has Acrobat,Numbers Pages,Keynotes etc but no FILES app where my documents and files are saved.So how can I transfer contents from FILE app from iphone 12 to PC win 11 without using iCloud?

You can't. You can only use the means in that article. Are the files you are trying to move on your iPhone or in iCloud. If they are on your iPhone you could AirDrop them.
You can used iCloud on your PC to access them if they are in iCloud.

You can't. But as I said you can move all the files in question to iCloud Files (if they aren't already) and then access them in iCloud from your computer.
