Apple Music Will not search My Library

I recently upgraded to Monterey and when I go to the search bar in Music, all it does is pull up music from Apple Music.. It will not search my Personal Library. I have read that others have an option at the top right to select where they want to search, But nothing pops up for me. When I go into preferences the 4 tabs available are GENERAL / PLAYBACK / FILES / ADVANCED and there is nothing in there related to this issue. I have access to all my music and voice memos, but there is no way for me to search for a specific song or artist etc.
