security vs scam

I received an email from a source purporting to be from iTunes Store and stating there is a problem with my payment information.

The email advises I will be downgraded from 50 GB storage to 5 gb if I don't update my payment infuse my subscription can be renewed

I am requested to follow instructions below to update my info.

Is this typical and legit or a clever scam?
