if I use iCloud for Photos on my iPhone SE, what happens if my iCloud storage is full but I have storage left on my phone and I keep taking videos? Will they be saved to my phone? And can I later upload them to iCloud if I open up storage room on that? Thanks.

Thanks. So if I open up space in my iCloud then will it load up another 5GB of video to it, or do I have to do it manually somehow? Also do you know if you can switch your iCloud storage space monthly, so buy more, or go down to less, based on what you need each month? Thanks. I searched for this info and weirdly can't find it!
As long as you have space on your device you can take pictures and videos.
