I have an iPhone 12 pro max. purchased new. Lately I get a warning in Find My that says my AirPods are being tracked and it brings up a map showing the route the AirPods have taken in my neighborhood. But I do not own AirPods. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any suggestions for how it might be resolved?

Are you sure it is not saying AirTags, not AirPods? Check again. Then see this, What to do if you get an alert that an AirTag or Find My network accessory is with you - Apple Support
