ipad 9generation

I was in settings & turned on "voice over" & now I have no control. All I get is voice asking for passcode & nothing happens. I can't even get siri to ask to turn off "voice over".

If you are seeing VoiceOver, you would tap once to select an item, then VoiceOver will speak the item. You need to double-tap to activate the selected item. Then you can go into Settings to turn it off.

Thanks for your response. My problem is voice over asks for password then nothing happens. Just repeats over & over, Tried to ask SIRI for help & response is I have to connect to wifi which is everywhere in the room. How do I unlock the Pad where I can turn VOICE OVER off?
