Back of the Iphone

The back of my iphone broked along with the camera's lens. The phone is covered with AppleCare, is this eligible for express replacement?

what does apple care cover my phones camera wasn't working and me and the specialist came to the decision we would do a ers (express replacement service) but i thought apple care would cover the replacement but their charging me a 99 dollar fee but my phone isn’t damaged in any way just a malfunction. is this right?
