Whys does my 4K HDR Apple TV freeze or slow down when streaming sports events (Interntel over 100kbps)? I have done multiple restarts but still happens all the time - very annoying!

100 kbps is not enough for video streaming. You’ll need bandwidth in the range of at least 15–25 Mbps.
