Wacom intuos driver not working on OS 12.2
After going through all the tutorials from those with similar issues. I can't get the Wacom driver_6.3.44-2.dmg to work with Montery 12.2. Is there a working fix out there?

Can you go to the Wacom Desktop Center app and update the driver?
I see that 6.3.44-2 is offered as the download from Wacom but there is an update to 6.3.45.2 and that is running correctly on my Mac:

Yikes! Clean My Mac has an extremely poor reputation on these fora for doing more damage than good.
See this thread, there are many others if you Google search:

My two cents - follow all CMM's instructions for removal and get it off your computer.
IIRC, I've never uninstalled the previous Wacom Driver, just installed the new one over the existing.

Thanks MtD,
I manually uninstalled everything since driver 6.3.44-2 completely freezes Wacom Desktop Center. Rolling back to 6.3.42-1 (a supposedly incompatible driver) allowed me to at least open Wacom Desktop Center where after much fiddling with the tablet usb plug, it finally recognized my tablet. It then notified me of the update in your screenshot and after going through the update process, 6.3.45-2 locks up my Wacom Desktop Center again. So where I'm at now is to once again remove all wacom driver files, and go back to 6.3.42-1 and NOT do the upgrade this time. Very frustrating, but here's my journey so far:

Have you installed anything like "clean my mac" or other cleaner or system enhancer type utility?
MtD
Yes, I have installed CleanMyMac. That was the only way to uninstall the failed wacom drivers since the Wacom Tablet Utility froze when clicking "uninstall" on it.
I did review cleanMyMac from several sources but I will remove, as the youtube poster here had also first downloaded cleanMyMac and deemed it completely unnecessary.
