I have a subscription on my phone but when I log on on tv it saysnibdo not have a subscription

I have an apple tv subscription on phone but on tv it says I do not have a subscription

Be sure to get signed in to the Apple TV app on your TV with the same Apple ID account.

Users can sign in to the Apple TV app, through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon).
