Using excell 365

Using excell 365 on iPad,, can only see formula, cant change it,

Display formula bar How do you set Numbers settings to show the formula bar automatically as you’re skimming through cells that may be formulas? I find it odd that I have to double click on a cell EVERY single time to display the formula or the contents of how the cell is made up.
