What size (like 5w, 10w, etc should I order for my new series 7 Apple Watch?

For the Series 7 a 20watt (or higher) USB-C charger will provide "Fast" charging.

But you can use any sized USB-C charger, or a USB-C port on a recent personal computer or dock, or an old Apple Watch charging puck, or the USB-C charger from a MacBook Pro, iPhone or iPad.
