I’m getting charged 2.99 for a subscription and it says I have no subscriptions.

Check your purchase history here, Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support $2.99 sounds like a 200GB iCloud plan.

It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund.

If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
