Can I get a refund from a subscription I didn’t use

Apple considers all purchases as final, you are not entitled to a refund.

You can request a refund but are not guaranteed to receive one.

Subscriptions give you access to a service for a period of time. Whether you use the service or not does not matter.

▷ Cancel a Subscription.

▷ Request a Refund.

It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund.

If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
