facetime doesnt work or connect
my iphone 12 pro max isnt allowing a connection to facetime calls / it won’t receive or send out a call. Yet , i can do so in my ipad pro

If that doesn’t work, try a Hard Reset:
- Press volume up (quickly)
- Press volume down (quickly)
- Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo ( ) appears
