iPad

My iPad says that it is up to date, 12.5.5, but there are newer IOS versions. How can I update to a newer version?

You can't. An unit running 12.5.5 isn't capable of 13 or above.

That message means that your iPad Mini (most likely a 2nd or 3rd generation) cannot support iOS versions beyond 12.5.5, because of hardware (CPU/RAM) incompatibility.
