No split keyboard option
I cannot turn it on bcs there is no such option in settings

Bearing in mind that "split keyboard" is available only on iPad models that have a Home button (not present on an iPad Air 4th generation, iPad Pro 11", iPad Pro 12.9" 3rd gen or later), see these instructions:--> Type with the onscreen keyboard on iPad – Apple Support (UK)
