Email content

Ever since I updated to iOS 15, my emails have not been showing pictures etc. I’m using an iPhone 12 mini. After updating to 15.2 an option appeared to “load content” and that worked perfectly, but this option disappeared with 15.2.1 so I’m back to empty blue boxes, where the email content should be. Is anyone else experiencing this, or does anyone know how to fix it?
