I ordered iPhone 13 Promax on January 12, 2022, but an empty box came and returned it after refusing to receive it. Can I get a refund?

Today is 20th november and i waited almost a month for my order to arrive but then i got a notice from my bank account that apple was refund my money even it's already preparing to ship. Refund How are you I have ordered an iPhone 13 from your site but unfortunately you canceled is so would you inform me when you will return my refund ? And if possible I want to as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.
