2021 MBP Partially Freezes With Responsive Cursor but Unable to Make Action

I have been experiencing freezing for my 2021 Macbook pro once a couple of days. This problem most often happens when I come back to my mac after locking it for a bit.

The cursor is still able to move when this happens but clicking isn't responsive. Cmd + tab also still works. And the power button still moves me to the lock screen and back.

My Macbook has 16g of ram, but I don't think this is a ram issue.
