lost iphone how can I replace it ?

If you have Apple Care+, you can get it replaced for the excess fee, otherwise if you lost your phone with no insurance on it, you most likely need to purchase a new one.

That is incorrect.

AppleCare+ does not cover loss or theft. Only AppleCare+ with theft and loss coverage covers this. That is not available in many parts of the world.
