2011 MacBook Air won't upgrade Pages version 11.2.

I have a 2011 MacBook Air running High Sierra (10.13.6) and need the latest version of Pages to be compatible with my other devices. But Pages (11.2 version) won't load. Is my MacBook too old for Pages 11.2? Or what?

Just understand beforehand that a new Mac will not support 32-bit applications such as Office 2011 for Mac, PrintShop 4.0, Pages '09, iPhoto, Adobe CS6, and others that you can get a list of by using the free Go64 application. Oracle is not supporting VirtualBox on Apple Silicon (M1 Macs). You will not be able to downgrade a new Mac that ships with Monterey 12.1 to an earlier version of macOS. Check that your printer/scanner vendors support Monterey.

I would perform one last backup on that 2011 MacBook Air and hang on to it.
