iPhone 13 15.2 update install now button grey

Hi there!

When I attempt to update iPhone 13 15.2 to 15.2.1 it downloads by then has the install now button grayed out. Help?

Hi,


If the ‘Install’ button is greyed out, there is usually a message underneath that further clarifies why the update cannot be installed.

Do you see a message under ‘Install’?


If no, confirm you do not have any screen time restrictions enabled.

Settings > Screen Time.


You must also be connected to a Wi-fi network in order to Install iOS updates. The following articles should be able to further assist:
